ssl 証明書の更新

更新はすべて手動作業、期日に近づいたら、リマインド通知メールがくる。

1. login ssls.com
2. shift to myssl
3. use openssl to create CSR and yourdomain.pem
4. cp and paste the CSR, and generate ssl certification.
5. download and unzip the file
6. cat 2 files and merge to one, as ssl-bundle.
7. cp and paste the follow 2 files to nginx specific place
   1. yourdomain.pen
   2. ssl-bundle
8. restart nginx
